Behind the Wines | Taste Südtirol (Alto Adige) with Dr. Hedley

Having recently returned from his trip to Südtirol  (Alto Adige), winemaker and importer Dr. Andrew Hedley from Oh So Pretty will bring this fascinating region to Fidelio's tasting table, presenting a great range of varieties and styles unique to the region. With only 5300 ha covered by grapevines, there are more than 20 different varieties cultivated in Südtirol, including the indigenous Gewürztraminer, Lagrein, and Vernatsch (Schiava).  Dr. Hedley has carefully selected a range of representative varieties and cuvées to showcase the diversity and quality of the region.
