Questions
How is it delivered?
By email, with a code and a printable card carrying your message. Choose "to me" if you’d rather print it and hand it over yourself. There’s no physical card and no postage to pay.
Does it expire?
No. Any unspent balance stays on the card indefinitely and can be used across as many visits as it takes.
Can it be spent on wine to take away?
Yes, on anything in the shop, in the room, or against a wine club membership. The only thing it can't do is be exchanged for cash.
What if they lose the code?
Call us with the buyer’s name and rough date and we’ll find it. The balance lives with the code, not the email, so nothing is lost.
Can I buy one for a group?
Certainly. For corporate quantities or a single large amount towards a private hire, email neil@fidelio.co.nz and we'll invoice it properly.
