Bring the bottle back with at least half in it and swap it for anything of the same value in the shop. We’d genuinely rather know, it makes next month’s box better.

We hold it. Boxes stack up quite happily in the cellar and people collect two or three at once after a busy month, nothing expires and nothing is forfeited.
